Foshan Hanli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hanyi Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. and Foshan Xinhanwei Audio Power Supply Co., Ltd. are three independently-operated subsidiaries spun off from Foshan Hanyi Computer Equipment Co., Ltd. in different phases to meet evolving market demands.
